So sorry to hear my heart goes out to everyone. Dan was a great friend specially to Eric. Great memories of horseshoe games, campfire get together and let’s not forget Barbs egg rolls get together. So glad and honoured to have known Dan Sending a big Hug Donna McNutt

I met Dan and Barb at Orielly lake campground many years ago. Over the years we became friends. I remember Dan as a fellow with a very funny sense of humor, who told a good tale, I never knew what he was going to come up with and that was AWESOME. I did know that all I needed to was ask for his help and he did what ever was needed. I think most memorable was his love for horse shoes. Dan was competitive and often won but was not a sore loser when it wasn't the best playing day. Dan and Barb's home was always open and we shared some pretty fantastic meals and pot lucks together. I could go on and on but, just know this Dan, i will miss you, CHEERS
