There really are no appropriate words to describe Beth’s kindness, boundless energy and sense of fun. I initially met Beth at KHSC in her role as a Nurse Research Coordinator in which, as with everything Beth did, she excelled. Beth introduced and mentored me in all things outdoors for which I am eternally grateful, but infinitely more so for her friendship. I will always remember one of Beth’s favorite sayings to be shouted with joy at some point in a trip: “So why are we here? Because we’re not all there!” I will continue to shout this out believing that you will always be with us Beth in our hearts and minds. My sincerest condolences to David and family of whom she always spoke of lovingly.

I can't think of anyone who injected more fun, life, and enthusiasm into every single outdoor adventure than Beth. She took me under her wing when I was a young member of the Cataraqui Canoe Club and was the perfect role model for living life to its fullest. Beth has touched and inspired so many people; she will be deeply missed, but cherished memories will live on in our hearts. Deepest condolences to Dave & family.

Beth was a kind, compassionate soul. I knew her from the canoe club and when I had a bad fall last year she came to my house several times to support and help me. I paddled with her several times and enjoyed her joie de vivre and her energetic being...my condolences to her family and partner. Susan

One of my first paddles with Beth she had a huge water pistol and she only aimed it at the most serious people, instantly creating a rapport with laughter and just good summer fun. It just won’t be the same without you. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Sincere heart felt condolences to David, Jon, Kevin, Cat and families.

"And a million tomorrows would all pass away, ere' I forget all the joy that was mine today".....Lyrics to a song Beth and I recalled as we paddled side by side. To Know all the lyrics would be to know Beth and the love and passion she had for sharing the great outdoors with friends. Every time I play and sing this song, I think of you Beth.

From kayaking in Cuba to "preaching" at Pulpit Rock in Buck Lake, Beth was a bright light in whatever she was doing. Adventurous and fun, courageous and inspirational, kind and caring; a better human being is not to be found.

Beth was a shining example of someone who lived life to the fullest. She brought an enthusiasm and energy to everyone around her. My fondest memory of Beth was sharing a kayaking adventure in Cuba. Following a full day of kayaking she led us on the dance floor, moving and grooving to the Latin music. She was so much fun.
Beth’s efforts leading trips and serving on the Board of the Cataraqui Canoe Club will never be forgotten.
My deepest condolences to Dave and family.

A light has gone out for Beth’s family and all of her many friends. She was an inspiration for all of us. So welcoming of new members to her ‘other family’, the Cataraqui Canoe Club. She could be zany crazy and full of fun, and be cosy and quiet savouring the moment. Her sense of adventure was boundless.
We will miss her in all her glorious moments. Sending heartfelt condolence to all who knew and loved her.

Beautiful memories of this remarkable woman. She touched so many with her kindness and caring.
Always up for a new adventure and not afraid to laugh and get silly...ham it up for the camera.
She was a delight to travel with. Those, as well as the everyday memories will stay with me always.
She and David hosted many, much enjoyed gatherings.
She was very proud of and loved her family dearly.
My condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed.
