Obituary of Robert Lanciault

Robert Alan “Rooster” Lanciault passed away suddenly at home in Yarker on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at age 59. Robert was born in Toronto, Ontario on September 26, 1965 and moved to Peterborough until his marriage in 1986. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Above all, he deeply loved his wife, his family, and his dog Cooper, fiercely.

Robert was predeceased by his father Ronald Lanciault and survived by his mother Patricia Lanciault (née Kennedy). Left to grieve is his loving wife Julia (née Cartmell), his daughter Robyn (Justin), his son Eric (Samantha), and granddaughters Hannah, Abbey, Charlotte and Penelope. Brother of Jim (Jenny) and Julie. Also fondly remembered by Michael, Larry, Jay and Stanley, and by several nieces and nephews.
 

A Celebration of Life will be held at Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 12-3 pm. For those desiring, memorial donations can be made to the Transplant Advocate Association or the Kingston Humane Society.
