Obituary of Sharon McClelland (Cox)

Passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, September 27, 2025, following a lengthy illness. Sharon recently celebrated her 78^th birthday. Lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years Ronald McClelland, her step-son Mark McClelland (Lisa) and granddaughter Marki-Lyn. Predeceased by her children Carrie-Lynn and Bruce, and by brothers Robert Cox (late Sharon) and Terry Cox. Survived by her brother Randy Cox (Anne) and sisters Susan Walker (James), Joanne Hale (Ken) and Patti Anne Doucette. Also missed by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and her loving fur babies Emma, Quinn, Lily and Poppy.

A Memorial Service will be held at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 1 pm. A private family interment will follow at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
