Obituary of Larry Hewitt

Larry passed away suddenly but peacefully at home in Amherstview on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at age 75. Deeply missed by his loving wife Bonnie (née Hodgson) for 55 years and children Kyle Hewitt, Jeff Hewitt (Jordanna) and Lisa Thorne (Tyler). Proud grandfather of Michael, Noah, Madden, Owen and Chloe. Cherished brother of Nancy Kemp (Steve) and fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Madeline and Earl Hewitt. 

 

As per Larry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will gather privately at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home in Odessa.
