Obituary of Ron Kimberley

The family of Ron William Kimberley are extremely saddened to announce his passing at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the age of 75.

Dearly missed by his wife Florence Kimberley and daughter Stacey Kimberley. Predeceased by his parents Ray and Fern Kimberley and son John Kimberley. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Nancy Kimberley (late Rod) and by several nieces and nephews.

Ron was a man of many talents. In addition to farming, he worked as a small engine mechanic, managed a rental company and operated heavy equipment. For 50 years Ron and Florence worked together building a life they loved. Their days were spent on the farm with family and friends, and volunteering in the community. Ron was known for his wit and always had a clever saying or a joke on board. He could cheer you up no matter how bad your day was going. 

The family will receive friends at the Odessa Fairgrounds Palace on Friday, December 19^th from 1 – 3:30 pm. A Service of Remembrance will follow at 3:30 pm. A private family Graveside Service will be held at Christ Church Cemetery at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Odessa Agricultural Society (OAS) or Childhood Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family.
