Obituary of Sandy Henderson-Todd
Following a lengthy illness, Sandra Christine (Sandy) Henderson-Todd passed away peacefully at home with loving family by her side on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the age of 74. Predeceased by her parents Beauford and Christine Henderson, and her sister Sylvia Miller. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend David Robinson. Cherished and loving mother of Jamie Henderson-Todd (Aimee Houde), Nicholas Todd (Alana) and Daniel Todd (Keeley), and stepmother to Bryan Robinson and Erin Strickland (Rob). Proud Grandma to her precious grandchildren Christopher, Joshua, Everett, Hailey and Owen and step-grandchildren Leanne, Evan, Aiden and Calvin. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Jean Smith and Shirley Smith and by her extended family members and dear friends.
Sandy was born in Kingston and lived in the Loyalist Township area most of her life. She grew up on a farm on Sharpe Road and loved country life and nature. She had a special gift when caring and working with children and had a passion for gardening and sewing. She had a very special place in her heart for her beloved cats, Shadow, Riker, Thunder and Lightning.
Sandy will be remembered for her kind heart and radiant smiles. She leaves behind so many beautiful memories, and she will be dearly missed every day by all who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 4 -7 pm. A private interment will take place at the Morven Cemetery at a later date.
In her memory, donations to the Napanee Humane Society, Alzheimer Society, or the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) would be appreciated by the family.
