Obituary of Nancy Young (McClennon)

Following a brief battle with cancer, Nancy passed away peacefully at Providence Care Hospital with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Young (2012). Dear and loving mother of James ‘Jim’ Young (Tracey), Christa Gray (Larry) and Angie Vaughan (Scott). Proud grandmother of Kayla (Nicholas), Spencer (Leah), Paige and Bryce. Predeceased by her parents Emerson and Hazel McClennon and dearest sister of the late Ronald, late Beverly Neudorf, Robert (Marilyn), Anthony (Pat), late William, late Barbara Kirby, late Richard and the late Betty Lou. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church in Bath on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 2 pm. Interment St. John’s Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial donations to Seniors Association Kingston Region or UHKF (Providence Care Palliative/Hospice Fund) would be appreciated by the family.
