Obituary of Elizabeth Hein (Chable)

Betty passed away peacefully at Hospice Quinte on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Edmund Hein. Dear mother of Janis Easton and Bruce Hein (Jane), cherished grandmother of Mathew, Trevor and Garrett. Daughter of the late Ernie and Ethel Chable. Survived by her sister Phyllis and sister-in-law Agnes. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families.

 

Cremation has taken place with Interment being held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to Hospice Quinte would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa.
