Bill was a long time member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Kingston serving faithfully for many years as an Elder. Bill was exceptionally proud of his many years of military service. A graveside service will be held at Wilton Cemetery on Friday, August 25th at 1pm with Rev. Dr. Andrew Johnston officiating.
