Following a brief illness, André passed away at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at age 57. Greatly missed by his children Melissa (Ryan) and Patrick and their mother Myriam Cote. Cherished son of Napoleon & Janine Theberge and dear brother of Jean-Pierre, Lise, Danielle and Joanne. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the PAUL G.
