With her loving family at her side, Hazel passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 27, 2019, in her 63rd year. Beloved wife and best friend of Roger Metcalfe for 42 years. Loving mother of Adam Metcalfe (Holly Morrison) and Leanne Metcalfe (Erik Bigras) and very proud Nanny of Tristan and Tenley. Dear sister of Helen, Beverley, Brian, Geoff and John.
