Bob Hilderley

Obituary of Bob Hilderley

Please share a memory of Bob to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Robert Norman Hilderley chose to live his life with intention. Bob's life adventures were always with Susan at his side, as they led Quarry Press and enjoyed their passions for travel, literature, education, and sport. Bob showed his daughters, Erika and Alicia, how to create opportunities and forge their own paths.

The combined laughter of Bob and his brother Herb was unmistakable beginning early in life in Innerkip. In 1977, Bob and wife Marj zigzagged across two countries on an education road trip in search of their future.

Bob looked forward to time with family, especially with Herb and his wife Camille, and debating sports facts with sons-in-law Andrew and Nate. His face lit up when he became Paw to his granddaughter Sloane.

Bob's legacy is long-lasting and he will be greatly missed.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the health care providers who cared for Bob with affection, dignity, and respect.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
