Obituary of Julie Parent

The family of Julie Parent are sad to announce her sudden passing at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the age of 54. Beloved wife and best friend of Marc-Andre Bessette and loving mother of Gabrielle (Sean), Loryanne (Dexter) and Meryka (Ben). Proud grandmother of Annabelle and Matilda. Predeceased by her parents Helene Renaud and Georges Parent. Deeply missed by her brothers Jean (Lisa) and Michel (Natasha), her mother-in-law and father-in-law Laurette and Marcel Bessette, and brothers-in-law Jean-Luc (Isabelle) and Patrick (Isabelle). Also missed by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Payne Funeral Home in Odessa on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 11 – 2 pm. For those desiring, memorial donations to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation ICU (UHKF) would be appreciated by the family.
