My deepest sympathy to Wanda and the whole family for your loss. You are all in my thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. I grew up with Bill as my neighbour and have know him for approximately 40 years now. I have always thought of Bill as family because he had that way about him. He has a larger than life personality and always had a smile on his face and a joke at the ready. Bill was a gem of a human being, a rare breed, and I will miss him dearly. I wish I could have chatted and visited with him one more time before having to say goodbye. Bill, you will be greatly missed, rest in peace.
My sincere condolences, Nathalie Gosselin.

I worked with Bill at KGH in the 1970's and 1980's, what a great guy, hard worker, always a joke, always smiling, laughing

I fondly remember Bill from the summer vacation Vacation Bible School at St. Alban’ church when we were Roman Soldiers. Bill played the role with enthusiasm and we shared a lot of laughs and looked very Roman and probably didn’t scare any kids. I did get to know him and from then on it always a joy to meet him which was most often at a church event when he and Wanda were together. Don Raddon.

Bill was a dedicated volunteer driver for VON for just over 12 years. He had the best sense of humour and always had a smile on his face and a joke ready to share. Within a few short phone calls between he and I to book rides he would refer to me as Pest. I'm going to miss hearing him say "Hey Pest" over the phone as well as the hearty hugs he gave. Much love to his family. xo
