Obituary of Fran Clayton (McCullough)

The family of Fran Clayton is sad to announce her sudden passing at home in Sydenham, on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in her 75^th year. Cherished and loving wife of John Clayton for 54 years and dear mother of Jason, Aaron (Kathleen), John (Maryann) and Kevin. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Avery, Alexa, Jasper and Miles. Fran is predeceased by her parents Lois and Howard McCullough, her sister Joan Ann Allen and brothers David (late Sylvia) and Stuart. Remembered by her sister-in-law Rita Hilliard and by several nieces and nephews.

A private family Graveside Service will be held at Cataraqui Cemetery. An informal and casual gathering to Celebrate Fran’s Life will be held at the home of Aaron & Kathleen Clayton (4577 North Shore Rd., Perth Road Village) on Saturday, November 30, 2024 between 2 – 6 pm.

For those desiring, memorial donations to the Kingston Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home in Odessa.
