Hey everybody. It's Mark. I wanted all who see this to know that, although Tom was not my best friend, he was my best brother. He taught my three boys, Matt, Nick, Zach and my step-Daughter Amanda many things about hunting, fishing and how to make do with what is available when in the forest. Matt, my eldest is now a conservationist, well known in the area which started with Tom teaching him of turtles and has since made a career of it. Nick, he loved to fish and listened eagerly to Tom's expertise and has made him a skilled angler. Zach, he, well he was a handful but he and Tom, and our father, were amazed at the amount of information he has about weapons, old and new, firearms, knives and swords. Amanda he cared for and watched her grow to become a loving caring young lady, that was his biggest challenge. As his mobility decreased, his eager, zest for adventure did as well. It, I believe was the hardest thing for him to accept. I did what I could for him and after many years, he started to show the heart he really had. Dropped the walls and let people in. My sons are devastated at his passing and will miss him greatly. His immortality will be through the influences that created the sons I am so proud of. I made this aware to him and I did all I could do to help him keep his dignity and, in return, he gave me his trust. His girl friend Sue, is not aware of his passing and some of his friends may not be as well. He was brazen, even rude as well as a pain in the neck. He never denied these things and that is why I think he was honest to himself, and anyone who knew him. I don't have your phone number Sue so if you see this, maflint@yahoo.com, I will give you a number to call so you will know what he wanted you to,ok? Seems each time I talk to you, you end up crying. I am sorry and I am certain this will be the same as he felt as you.
Take care everybody. See you Big bro Tick turd!
