McGINN: Dorothy Anne It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Dorothy Anne McGinn (Willard) on Monday, November 4, 2013. Dorothy was predeaceased by her husband E. Kaye McGinn (Nov. 9, 2009), her parents Joseph & Gertrude Willard and infant daughter Marlene. Left to mourn are her children Karen Miller (Ted Welbanks) & Vernon (Dorothy), grandchildren Candace, Jeremy and Jason, brother Earle (Donna), twin sister Doris Eves and sister-in-law Gayel. Predeceased by her brothers Wilbert, Elmer & Reginald. Dorothy will be sadly missed by many nieces & nephews and her extended family. Friends will be received at the PAUL G. PAYNE FUNERAL HOME, MAIN ST., ODESSA 613-386-7373 ON Thursday, Nov. 7th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday in St. Alban’s Anglican Church Stella at 11am. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. Donations to either Amherst Island Emergency Response Team or St. Alban’s Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
