Passed peacefully in her 93rd year. Dorothy O'Neil, beloved wife of the late Nile Rogers. Loved mother of Carl, Wayne, Jean Kemp, Garnet, John & their spouses. Dear grandmother & great grandmother. Survived by Frances Benjamin & Gayle Hammond. Visitation on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm with funeral service in Odessa Free Methodist on Friday at 11am. Interment Riverview, Napanee. Donations to the church or charity of your choice.
