Passed away unexpectedly at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at age 72. Beloved husband of Colleen Bailey and loving and generous father of William “Bill” Bailey (Cindi Allen) and Starr Kelsey. Very proud grandfather of Jacob Black, Aleyna Bailey, Carter Bailey and Joshua Kelsey. Dear brother of Wayne Bailey (Diane), Gerald Bailey and Marie MacCuaig (Robin). Fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and their families. A family graveside service will be held at Bath United Church Cemetery. Memorial donations by cheque to the Bath Fire Department or Bath United Church would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the PAUL G.
