Passed peacefully at his late residence on Wednesday, Nov.23rd in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Margaret Ann Freeman. Loved father of Bev Smart, Heather Sutton, Freeman, Wendon & Dean & their spouses. Grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 7. Survived by his siter Ruth Brown & brother Douglas Wattam. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 1pm in Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church. Donations to either Alzheimer Society or the John M. Parrott Centre, Napanee.
