Jim entered into rest peacefully at the Napanee Hospital on November 21, 2011 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of 59 years to Mildred Kilganon. Loved father of Donna, Elaine, Bonnie & Donald. Grandfather to 12 & great grandfather to 15. Survived by his sister Mary Woodman. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 7-9pm with the funeral service on Friday at 11am in the funeral home. Donations to L & A Hospital Foundation or Kingston 'Y' Penguin Swim Team.
