Obituary of Jacoba 'Coby' Hendrika Forelle

Jacoba Henderika Forelle (van den Brink); June 24, 1924 – March 26, 2016 Immediately following Easter celebrations at her daughter’s home and surrounded by three generations of her immediate family, Coby at age 92 suffered a massive heart attack and passed away. Predeceased by her husband Jersey (George) Forelle, her daughters Patricia Ania Worsley (Forelle) and Alice Jane Forelle, her father Jacobus van den Brink and her mother Hendrika van den Brink (Kranenburg), her siblings G. Blankespoor (van den Brink), J. Cardol (van den Brink) and her brother Lambert van den Brink. Survived by her daughter Christine Jolande Wells (Forelle), Her son-in-laws Timothy Wells and Christopher Worsley; grandchildren Pamela Kathleen Coppens (Wells) and her husband Greg Coppens; Wendy Elizabeth McEvoy (Wells) and her husband Mitch McEvoy; Alan George Forelle Worsley and Andrew James Paton Worsley; great grandchildren Jordan, Hunter and Logan Coppens; Makayla, Nicholas and Landen McEvoy, her brother Henk van den Brink and wife Annie and Lambert’s wife Greet, Born in Haarlem. Netherlands, a proud survivor of the Holland occupation during WWII, long term resident of Odessa, Ontario, Canada, member of the Emmanuel United Church and the Rebeccas,. Her career occupation was as a proud Nurses Aid at KFL&A and particularly the time spent as the school nurse in several local schools. The family will receive friends at the Payne Funeral Home in Odessa Ontario on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 11:00 till 1:00. A short service will be held at the same location starting at 1:00 As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Emmanuel United Church would be appreciated.
