At the Kingston General Hospital surrounded with love on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at age 54. Loving companion and best friend of Theresa Maya Belyea (nee Katsumi). Predeceased by his beloved parents William and Doreen Buchanan. Dear brother of Peggy Small, Susan Marshall, Sandy Ranger, Heather Eyre and Robby Buchanan and brother-in-law Bruce Melo. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews and their families and by his mother-in-law Kotoyo Katsumi (late George). Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Wilton Cemetery. Memorial donations by cheque please to The Birds of Prey Centre (2124 16th Ave., Coaldale, Alberta) or a Raptor Sanctuary of choice would be appreciated by the family.
