Dear Shepherd family
Anita and I are saddened by the loss of Jack...so many good memories of when he pastored our church here in Chatham and getting to know a wonderful family including my good friend Randy. We are praying for you all, yet celebrating as well, knowing that Jack is now in the presence of Jesus, his Saviour and King, completely healed and free of pain. I'm sure the welcoming committee in heaven is throwing a big party for one of it's "Chief" saints! We pray the pain and loss you feel in your hearts would gradually heal as well.
Blessings,
Brad and Anita Capeling

Lois & family,
We are so sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. We always remember him as a sweet man with a smile to greet you. We loved him when he was our pastor at CMA in Pembroke. He took a piece of our hearts when he left. We lost contact over the years but you were never too far from our thoughts. You helped shape us as new christians.
Our heartfelt condolences and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Jack. He was such a unique and also fun loving man. Dennis often told Jack how much he reminded Dennis of his own dad. That always brought a smile and even a hug from Jack. Even though you will all miss him greatly, how wonderful to have the assurance that Jack is with the Lord, as well as other loved ones that went before him. You are a strong family and our hearts and prayers are with you as you go through yet another loss in your lives. Your Christian brother and sister, Dennis and Judy.

Dear Lois and family, I'm deeply saddened to hear of Jack passing. As you may know,
I have gone through losing two wives and while I know that they were ready and even
anxious to go to meet their Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, their passing leaves
a huge void in our lives and a grief that only Jesus Himself can help us through.
Although Jack was 10 years older than I, he always treated me with great respect
dignity and we sure laughed a lot together. When I was in Timmons you both were
of great encouragement and guidance to both me and Jean.
Be assured of my prayers and condolences and God will be with you as you face
the days ahead. In Christ Paul Dean

Dear Lois. I have many memories of Jack in our LPC days and all good. We cannot be at his Memorial Service on Tuesday because of another commitment here in Peterborough (another funeral) and we just buried our youngest daughter 14 days ago. I certainly identify with you in your loss. Be assured of our prayers in the coming days. Sincerely
Esther ELLIOTT and Jim
