Obituary of Dorothy Wood (nee Weaver)

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in her 94th year at the home of Cheryl, Rob and Elizabeth Mooy, which she lovingly shared for many years. Beloved wife of the late Claude Goodberry and the late Robert Wood. Dear mother of Diane Goodberry (Allan Smith) of Odessa, Richard Wood (Valerie) and Rebecca Stevenhaagen (Ron) of Kingston, Brian Wood (Jan) of Elginburg and Susan Van Dorsselaer of Kingston. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Ralph Weaver and predeceased by her sisters Mildred Turnbull and Audrey Joyner and brothers Delbert, Lawrence and Leslie Weaver. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 7-9 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
