Obituary of Michael Zvaigzne

It is with great sadness, the family of Michael announce his sudden passing on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at age 46. Michael was the loving husband of 18 years and favourite person of Brittainy Bonnis. Son of Aivars Zvaigzne and the late Suzanne Guillemette. Loving brother of Dwayne (Elisha) and the late Andrew Zvaigzne, and uncle of Hayden. Loving nephew to Emile (Elaine) Guillemette, Helene Guillemette, Norman Guillemette, Robert (Bob) (Estelle) Guillemette, Andre (Lina) Guillemette, Yval Guillemette (Cecile Langlois). He will be greatly missed by all his cousins. Michael will be deeply missed by his father and mother-in-law, Allen and Catherine Bonnis, his brother and sister-in-law, Brendan and Leigh Bonnis, and nephews Corbin and Rykin. Michael was born in Hamilton on February 22, 1972. He was a recent graduate of St. Lawrence College and a graduate of Fanshaw College.

Michael’s life was spent in fostering beautiful friendships, he was known for his over-abundance of charisma, charm and energy. He loved and was well loved by so many. In his memory, if you like, instead of flowers please do something kind and unexpected for someone in your life or give to a charity that is important to you. Michael would hope that you remember him well and in so doing, feel some happiness. Those who’ve taken the lessons of knowing him to heart will continue to spread love in the world. He will not be forgotten.
