Obituary of Douglas Ray Hartman

Peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, January 20, 2019, Douglas entered into the peaceful presence of the Lord in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Votary). Very loving father of Glenda Babcock (Brian), Raymond Hartman (Tammy) and Don Hartman (Linda) and cherished grandfather of Sherry, Leanne,  Loretta, Kimberly, Vic and Isaiah. Sadly missed by his 7 great grandchildren. Douglas was the son of the late Harold and Mildred (nee Townsend). He will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters-in-law, along with many nieces and nephews and their families. The family will receive friends at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main Street, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. Service in the Funeral Home on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 1 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment Wilmer Cemetery. Memorial donations to Yarker Free Methodist Church will be remembered with appreciation by the family.
