Passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at age 65. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Doris Baines, his sister Barbara Holt and great nephew Reggie. Lovingly remembered by his niece Sarah Paulson (Andy), his great niece Cheylynn and many friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
