We were so shocked to hear of Carmen's passing. We will always cherish the memories that we have from the many years when we were such close neighbours and friends in New Chelsea. In fact Carmen and Lorraine were more like family than just friends. We always enjoyed our times together. Carmen was always the life of the party with his music and storytelling. He always had a smile and friendly greeting for everyone and he always gave his all for his community, Lodge and church. He and Lorraine were always there when they were needed to help in any situation.
