Obituary of James Earl Barnard

It is with tremendous sadness the family of James announce his birth and passing on Monday, October 28th, 2019 at Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KGH). Beloved son of Madeline Higgins & Joe Barnard. James is greatly missed by his grandparents, Angela & Caleb Higgins and Norma & the late Wayne Barnard, his great grandpa Earl O'Shea, his aunts and uncles, Luke, Hannah, Meredith & Matt, Olivia and his cousins Rylee and Blair. Dearly missed by many great aunts and uncles. Rest peacefully our sweet angel James Earl.

They walk beside us everyday,

Unseen, unheard, but always near,

Still loved, still missed and very dear.
