Obituary of Helen Falan (Thompson)

After a lengthy illness, Helen passed away at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday, December 21, 2020, at the age of 85. Predeceased by Clayton Falan, her beloved husband of 49 years, her sisters Marie Sherk, Juanita Malanuk and Jean Lines and brother Glen Thompson. Lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Nan Forbes, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Helen was a proud member of the Eastern Star and a faithful member of St. John’s Anglican Church in Bath. She will be greatly missed.

A private family Funeral Service will be held at the Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, ON K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Thursday, December 24, 2020. Interment will follow at St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial donations to St. John’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated or University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) in recognition of the loving care Helen received on Kidd 4 over the past month.
