Obituary of Cheryl Dawn Hutchings (McGinn)

It is with tremendous sadness that Cheryl’s family announces her passing, at home on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at age 63, following a 4 year battle with cancer. Loving wife and best friend of Myles Hutchings for 44 years. Cherished mother of Jason (Jenny), Tyler (Charlotte), Cory and Justin (Natalie) and extremely proud grandmother of Monica, Jacob, Hayden, Ryley, Madison, Max, Spencer, Hadley and Darcy.

Cheryl will be deeply missed by her brothers and sisters, Bonnie, Russell (Jane), Gail and Dan (Glenda) and by many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Susan McGinn, her brothers Billy and Andy and her sisters Dale and Grace.

A Graveside Service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, Amherst Island on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11 am. A Celebration of Cheryl’s Life will follow at Little Point (3050 Art McGinn Road, Amherst Island). For those desiring, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
