Dear Sheila and David:
It is a lovely picture indeed of your Mom.
We have wonderful memories of our time at Trinity, Amherstview.
Your mom and dad kind of took us, "the Cooks" under their wings from day one.
We appreciated their friendship and remember some good times together.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these difficult times.
Sincerely,
Godfrey, Jeanette and all "the Cooks".

All the best you Sheila and David,
Your Mom was a wonderful woman and we will all miss her.
You would be surprised how often I look back on the photos we took during the Mooney reunion in Vankleek Hill that she was instrumental in bringing together so many years ago. The event brought us all to one spot for short time, but it also brought us closer as a family in a more enduring way. I literally keep one of the photos on my computer desk top to this day.
I fondly remember the hospitality that your Mom and Dad showed me when I visited during college. They devoted their whole weekend to spending time with me and showing me the sites including Fort Henry. (I'm sure you got sick of all the visits, but I thought it was really cool!!)
Take care. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Sheila and David
What a wonderful photo of your Mom! She always had the greatest smile which spread over her whole face.......
She and I shared two seats in the alto row at Trinity, for many years, enjoying the music, struggling over the music, and sometimes grumbling about the music, (whispered to each other, of course). She also was a guiding hand for me when I became president of TPWA, a role I shared with Fran Linkson. We sought her advice on a number of occasions. I like to think they are reuniting in song as I write!
You will miss her, like we all miss our mothers when they pass ,but she is free from the earthly struggles and has been united once again, with your Dad and many others.
Take care in these challenging times.....

Dear Sheila and David,
I’m thinking of you on the death of your mom. What a lovely photo accompanying the obituary! That is how I remember her.
She had so many interests. She very generously shared her knowledge of genealogy with Ernestown Gemini students and I was very grateful for that.

Dear David and Sheila: please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss of Margaret. I have many fond memories..especially when I had Margaret as a teacher at QECVI; .when I took my choir to the Amherstview church for Easter one Sunday...square dancing with Margaret and Edgar...taking Margaret to a QE reunion where she was given a classroom where she met up with some of her students- she had a great day ! ...and also taking her to the Kingston Theatre Organ Society concerts...where she and Edgar loved to attend. Thank you for the wonderful memories Margaret ! Bless you and your families. (David Hunt)
