Obituary of Mildred McKnight (Black)

Went peacefully to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at The John M. Parrott Centre in Napanee, in her 96^th year. Dear and loving mom of Heather Lynne McKnight. Daughter of the late Mata and Fred Black. Predeceased by her siblings Helen Orr (Osborne), Hazel Black, Ernest Black (died in infancy), Bernice Bell (Harold), Walter Black (Jessie), Robert Black (Lillian), Verna Orr (Wm. Eldon), Leona Brohm (David) and Floyd Black (Valerie). She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

The family wish to thank The John M. Parrott Centre for their compassionate care given to Mildred. Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family Graveside Service will be held at Cataraqui Cemetery on Thursday, March 4, 2021 with Rev. David Smith officiating. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Mildred’s memory may be made to The John M. Parrott Centre, Napanee.
