Obituary of Gary John Corkey

Gary passed away suddenly at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at the age of 77. Dear son of the late Wilfred and Monica Corkey (nee Whalen). Loving longtime friend of Susan Barsby. Gary will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Joseph Corkey, Mary Smith, Simon Corkey (Linda), Monica Hunt (late Kevin), Christina Hunt (late Paul) and Bernardine Cowperthwaite (Rob). Predeceased by his brothers Pete (Iris) and Wilfred Corkey and by his sisters Loretta Naish and Annette Hannah. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Gary’s Life will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
