Hazel passed away peacefully at Rideaucrest Home in Kingston on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, one day prior to her 96th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Fred Martin and the late Dick ‘P.K.’ Tuepah. Loving mother of Sharon Mathews (Harry) of Odessa, Shirley Lasher (Alvin) of Violet, Joan Van De Bogart (Lyall) of Napanee and the late John Martin (Iris of Winnipeg). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tim, Lorie, John, Kim, Tracy, Stephen, Allan and Michelle. Also missed by her 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Daughter of the late Manford and Ardella Jones. Predeceased by her brothers Bill, Doug, Harold and Howard Jones and by her sister Helen Hallett. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews and their families.

 

Cremation has taken place. A Family Graveside Service will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Napanee at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Canadian Celiac Association, Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
