Obituary of William Kingsbury

Bill passed away peacefully at Trillium Care Community in Kingston on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 with his loving family at his side, in his 77th year. Loving husband of Penny (nee Ballance) for 53 years and devoted and cherished father of Lisa Batchelor (Jon) and Erin Garvin (Jeff). Extremely proud grandpa of Andrew, Gordon, Chloe, Shawn and Micah. Dear brother of Donna Kingsbury (Richard) and the late Robert Kingsbury (late Ruth). Lovingly remembered by his brother and sister-in-law John and Susan Ballance, and by his many nieces and nephews and their families. Also fondly remembered by John and Gayleen Garvin and Elaine Badgley.

 

Due to capacity restrictions, a private Memorial Service will be held St. Thomas Anglican Church in Kingston on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. For those unable to attend, the Memorial Service can be viewed live by going to (St. Thomas’ Church Kingston - You Tube), beginning at 10:55 am. Interment will follow at Cataraqui Cemetery.  

 

In memory of Bill, please consider a donation to St. Thomas Anglican Church, the Alzheimer Society of Kingston or the Kingston Animal Rescue. The family would like to thank the Care Staff at Trillium Care Community for their compassion, support and loving care provided to Bill over the last several months.
