My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Eliza Jane when we brought her sister Rita for a visit. I will never forget their kindness or their generosity during our stay. We had a wonderful visit and heard some fabulous stories. The world is definitely a better place having been blessed by her beautiful spirit. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family and my prayers are with you as you find your way through these difficult days ahead.

All of us at Campaign Life Coalition here in Ontario, and across the country, are saddened to hear the death of Eliza Jane. She and her husband were wonderful examples of Christian charity and fervour regarding the lives of all human beings created in the image and likeness of God. Rev. James has been an inspiration to all of us in leadership positions in the fight for life. Eliza Jane and Rev. James have walked hand in hand to help restore a new culture of life in Canada. Our prayers, love and good wishes go to Rev. James and his family.

As I reflect over all Eliza-Jane and her husband, Reynolds, have contributed to my life in the time I have known them, I realize again what a godly woman and apt role model we were gifted with. She faced everything this life offers with dignity, grace, and complete faith in her heavenly Father's loving care and ways. I've been thinking about her reception as she entered heaven and know it must have been an awesome celebration of her life, testimony and faithfulness to all, but especially her Saviour and Lord. Many thoughts and prayers are with her family now as they learn to live without her physical presence here, but also living in the hope of eternity, together once again. We were blessed to be part of this woman's life. Thank you, Lord, for this privilege.

We praise God for Elisa's faithfulness to God these many years of her life. She was such a great support to her energy bunny husband. She lived for this day and is now absent from the body and present with the Lord.
