Obituary of Michael Amson

Following a brief illness, Mike passed away at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in his 79^th year. Son of the late Alfred and Elizabeth Amson. He is lovingly remembered by family and friends. Mike was a quiet man but was passionate about the things he believed in. Golf was a large part of his life; it brought him great joy and appreciation for the outdoors. Mike would say that the hardest habits to change are the bad habits. No matter our age, we keep on learning! Rest in Peace Mike.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Payne Funeral Home in Odessa. A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the L&A Hospital Foundation would be appreciated in recognition of the compassionate care Mike received.
