It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Phyllis. Born in Westville Nova Scotia 89 years ago, she left for a vacation to go back home one last time with her brother and sister in law only to develop complications and passed away peacefully with her family holding her hand. Wife to the late George Kerr, cherished mother to Janice (Brian), adored Nan to Darren, Geoff (Patrizia), Chad (Jessie), Ashley (Chris), Tyler (Beth), Brittany (Chris), Kyle (Jen). Loving Great Nan to London, Alessia, Maddux, Lincoln, Makaela, and Leyton. Oldest sister of Stuart MacMillan (Maria), sister in law to Mary (Alfred) Rose. Auntie Bea, to many wonderful nieces and nephews who she loved like her own. Pre deceased parents Janet and Neil MacMillan, siblings James (uncle Buddy) MacMillan, Florence Turner, sister in laws Eleanor MacMillan and Marie MacMillan. Brother in law Frank Turner. Anyone who knew Phyllis knew she had passions in her life, first and foremost her family and then there was her Blue Jays. She loved a good game of poker and usually won and live life to the fullest. Phyllis had many wonderful friends and enjoyed everyone of them. She was tired and was called back home. Rest well Nan. We love you. The family will receive friends at the PAUL G.
