Obituary of Edith Raymond (Longmore)

Edith passed away peacefully, at the Helen Henderson Care Centre in Amherstview with loving family by her side on Sunday, April 7, 2019, at age 95. Predeceased by her husbands, Melvin Raymond and Jack McDowell. Dear and loving mother of Diana Farr (late Harry), Glen Raymond, Brian Raymond (Myrna), Kathy Bell (Dawn), R.J. Raymond, and the late Colleen Anita Raymond. Cherished grandmother of Raymond, Darlene, Erla, Anita, Will, Michael, Heather, Courtney, Sarah, Sasha, Shamus, Mary, Beth, Colleen, Jordan, Jacob, Robert and Lonee and missed by many loving great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers John and Robert and by her sister Betty. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families. The family will receive friends at the Paul G. Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main Street, Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373) on Wednesday, April 10, 2018 from 1-2 p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment Wilton Cemetery.
