Obituary of Barbara Colleen Storring (Ingram)
Barb passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Friday, May 7, 2021 in the presence of her loving husband Gary of 25 years and her cherished son Charlie. Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Rita Ingram. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Christine Nichols (late Don), Brent Ingram (Kim) and Thereasa Ingram (Greg). Dear daughter-in-law of Betty and Paul Storring and sister-in-law of Connie and Bob Thompson. Fondly remembered and missed by her nieces and nephews and their families, her extended family and friends.
Barb was a dedicated educational assistant with the Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic District School Board. She took pride in helping children and believing that anything you set your mind to is possible. There are no limits! Barb was also a talented artist and photographer. Many friends and family walls display these cherished pieces. She thoroughly enjoyed her life at home on the farm where she had a way with animals that was envious. Pebbles and Mindy Moo will miss her dearly. Barb was extremely devoted to her son Charlie and her husband Gary. Her memory will always live on in their hearts, and in the hearts of many.
Cremation has taken place. The family will hold a private service at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Ontario Association of the Deaf or Autism Ontario would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home, 178 Main St., Odessa, Ontario K0H 2H0 (613-386-7373).
